Estate Planning Lawyer
3 to 6 years experience. Primary emphasis will be on drafting of wills and trust agreements. Candidate should have an understanding of limited partnerships and limited liability companies in family transition planning. Experience in preparation of gift and estate tax returns is important. Heavy tax background is also important.
