Ms. Zittrer has been involved in a number of real estate matters, particularly in the purchase, sale, leasing, development and regulation of land. She frequently assists in the development of multi-family projects within Houston and across the U.S., both in the acquisition of the property and in land use regulation and entitlements matters involved in real estate development. She has been involved in the negotiation, purchase and sale of large tracts of raw land intended for redevelopment and in sales of land to municipal and governmental agencies, as well as negotiation of commercial retail and office leases for both large and small tenants and landlords. Her oil and gas practice has involved reviewing and preparing oil and gas leases, master service contracts and transactions involving the purchase and sale of oil, gas and mineral properties in Texas. Leigh Rhodes-Zittrer has been with the firm since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zittrer worked as a litigator and appellate lawyer. Ms. Zittrer graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1995.
