David Rae has a broad business-oriented practice. He joined the firm in 1989 after graduating from The University of Texas School of Law. For the first years of his practice, he worked on various real estate and general corporate matters. Over the last ten years, he has focused his practice on corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on buying and selling businesses. David, in essence, serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients who rely on him not only for their legal matters, but also seek advice on strategic decisions. Since he grew up in Mexico City, he represents a broad range of international clients. When not practicing law, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and being involved in his church.
