Danny focuses his practice on business litigation and commercial disputes and has almost a decade of experience litigating business disputes from trial through appeal.  He has represented clients in diverse matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, deceptive trade practices, products liability, construction disputes, intellectual property, employment litigation and oil and gas litigation.  Danny has first chair jury and non-jury trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation experience.
