Carlton has many years of experience in general commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder suits, employment law, trade secrets litigation, business and commercial landlord-tenant law, and legal malpractice defense. He works with specialty firms supporting the oil, gas, and chemical industries; electricity brokerage firms; financial institutions; oil and gas trading firms; and various other business entities.

Mr. Wilde attended the College of William and Mary and received a B. A. in Economics from the University of Texas. He graduated from the University of Houston College of Law, where he was the Senior Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review.
